On Paddy Power poker there is a tournament where you start of with 1 chip, madness, Its called All-in sweepstakes, do you suggest there is skill involved here?

You buy-in for 10% of the tournament entry and get 100 chips - BB starts at 20 or 30, I believe. Winner take all.
