Has FTP & Pokerstars been shut down?

I don't know if anybody has mentioned anything about this yet, but I can't log into either site, and Faraz Jaka tweeted the following -
Breaking News: Full Tilt shut down worldwide PokerLicense Suspended by Alderney gambling Control Commission. http://t.co/G2osD7r
It doesn't look like we're gonna get our money back any time soon.
