The best way to focus is to start playing when everything is done and you don't have to go anywhere or think about anything

Keeping my phone away and setting a time limit for the session really helps me focus (i only play SNG, so i can't tell aproximately the duration)

Biggest way to lose focus for me is opening social media and Youtube

1. You need to play alone (if it's online).
2. Close all extraneous resources (movies, Youtube, instant messengers, etc.).
3. You must be well rested.
4. You can turn on pleasant, unobtrusive music for the game.
