My dream would be to play poker professionally. I don't need to make millions i just want to be able to make between $3,000-$5,000 a month. I think this is possible but i have had a hard time leaving my poker fund alone. In the past i have always ended up having to spend whatever profit i have made from poker on bills and other living expenses. Now that i have recently landed a job i am going to attempt to give it another go. This time around i want to log all of my hours, wins, losses, etc. This to me would be the dream life. I have a very good work ethic and if i could just get a good start i know i would be a determined, dedicated poker player. I hope to be able to get started within a month or 2. I am hoping for the best and expecting the worst.

If you have a dream that you really want to realize, then you need to be prepared for hard daily work. If you are patient and persistent, then your chances of success will increase significantly. I wish you success and fulfillment of your dreams. Good luck.

My dreams of poker is to make more money than my daily job consistently for a better life. Then maybe travel and play live at the wsop and wpt. It won't be easy but I believe u can get there with hard work and dedication. I'm gonna keep grinding and working hard for it.

I wish nothing but the best of luck to everybody chasing their poker dreams.

What a pathetic, naive........

My dream, target earn enough from poker for leaving Western gulag. A bunker with a greenhouse, a small house above that in Siberia at least 100 miles far from the nearest humanoid droid. And live there in peace alone without any technology weapon around me, play poker max. with my real animals, dogs.

Hope, both of us will accomplish it! GL!

the dream of playing professionally is yes possible, you just have a lot of luck and skill in the game and have an excellent dish, other than that I find it difficult to be a poker pro.

I think if that's really your dream you can achieve it, but remember that is a very difficult career to be successful in. Try to know first if you really think you can live off of poker and aren't addicted to gambling. Make a study plan and stick to it. Work as much in your strategy game as your mental one. I think RYE courses may be really helpful to you, but they can also be pricey. Even though it's probably an exciting job to have I'd never see myself doing it. If it becomes too stressful and it's not like you thought it would be just search for another job.

My dream is similar to your dream. I would also like to make a living playing poker. In my country, an income of $ 1,000 a month is considered a very good income. But now I earn 80-100 dollars with great effort. However, I am optimistic and work every day to improve my skills and move step by step towards my goals.

Hey! I think a lot of people would like to play poker professionally, including me. But this is also a kind, not every month it will turn out to earn 3000-5000 dollars a month, with such success and risks, you can open a business, working hours will cost the same as you would play a poker session, that is, 12-14 hours per month. day. So if you can't reach your poker goal, try doing something else.

I wouldn't want to be a pro and have to rely on making a living doing it,I think that would take all the fun out of it,grinding day in and day out knowing the wife and kids are reliant on me making a daily profit would be way to much pressure, the way to go is have your poker bankroll ,play within your means and skill level and have fun, like any pro sports very few actually get to that level and just like other sports that doesn't mean quit just realize poker pro's are different then any other pro's, in poker your on your own dime till you make it unlike hockey or other sports where a team drafts you, pays you and grooms you till the next level

I think most players have this dream.
It is possible, many do, with great dedication, persistence and study.

With perseverance and dedication everything in life is possible, in poker study and practice are fundamental, there are many examples, the great poker players started from nothing, and you can find that now lead a comfortable life and fame.

I think it's the dream of everyone here to get to live from the game of poker, but it doesn't seem like this dream is for everyone :), why should I lie and I often wonder if I'll ever get to win big from poker, but it seems that I have not succeeded so far:)

Well , i wanna wish you luck and give you some pointers, watch the players at the table , make notes on them , how they play how they counter bet , knowledge is power . you will also be surprised on how often you will run into the same players , so the notes you have on em will help. Also take it slow dont try to force it. Pactience is Key.
