Gamblers don't seem to care

Many people like to gamble and not play cards. Even long shots hit sometimes which translates to bad beats for the card player. But over the long haul good card playing should win out. First tourney of holdem I ever played 72 off went all in against AA the 72 won. Fortunately I was niether player, but I felt for the AA and was anoyed with the 72.

I don´t play too much 7 card stud, but against those kind of players i think the best strategie is to wait and only play good hands. Also you don´t have to bluff, because in limit poker those players will always call. Take that to your advantage and with good hands bet a lot.
