Hello
I will like to compare the difference between what peoples think and what its is in reality.
On average 30% are winning and 10% significant money.
The fact I ask on a poker forum, I guess peoples out there are more informed about poker then the average joe but I will like to know.

Yes, but my winnings are very slow and small because I play mainly freerolls, and only a few low stakes such as a $1 or $2.

Yes, of course, I think patience and work can do anything. It just takes time and a bankroll game.

If you look at the statistics on the site, it's definitely in the black :) If you look at the poker statistics, it's also in the black, but not as stunning as we would like, rather closer to balance.

It depends on the lineup I'm playing in.

There are some lineups where I will expect to be a winning player, and other lineups where I will expect to be an underdog.

That's one of the reasons why game selection is so important!

Most humans believe they are better/smarter than they actually are. Unless you keep meticulous records (including all related expenses) its hard to know for sure if you're a winning player or not.

Yes, I am a winning poker player and I have the data to prove it.

I agree with you though, a lot of people believe they are winning players, because they occasionally win, or cash a small amount.

In the long term, of course, everything is possible. I think if you suffer for a long time, something will work out.

I have been keeping statistics for more than two years. And I can confidently say that poker brings me a steady income. It's not a lot of money right now, but it's a plus, not a minus.

In the long run, I consider myself at least not losing or playing at zero.

It depends on what you consider significant money. Am I making a living on my winnings: no. Am I supplementing my retirement income: yes.

Well you need to assess how much is your long term. 6000 tournaments? 10 000 tournaments? I think in the short term it is only possible to see some trends.;);):)

Yes, a poker player wins in the long or short term, especially if he learns from his mistakes and improves the way he plays

that has to be demonstrated by a large number of hands played at your level, if you study and have a solid game you will be able to profit in the long term, to be better every day is to learn to correct mistakes of each hand we play.

If you do not take into account the amount, then yes.
