The first time I ever played Texas Holdem live I took my winnings and bought a few new palm trees for my house! Since then I haven't touched any of my winnings. I put it all away for investments / retirement.

I will never forget, I made my first deposit (first contact with poker) on Party,I entered a cashgame and won $3 in the first hand (2-3 minutes) I leave the table and check if could withdraw the amount won quickly! Yes!:eek::eek: I went back to the table to get rich playing 2 hours, I ran out of bankroll :mad::mad: and then I went to read about Poker, My balance has been stable since then and I make a withdrawal from time to time :)

The first time I cashed out I used the money to play live in the Casino, I lost all of them playing Black Jack. Second time, I put it in the bank but shortly after my bankroll was zero so I had to withdraw from the bank again I added back to pokerstars.

I was a poor student, so I loaded the fridge in the apartment with cool beer and food.

The first withdraw, a part of them just added to my wallet, and the rest left in the account for playing!

I enter another

badly won. already paid another micro tournament. because I am afraid to pay entry to a tournament over 1 dollar and have no return. I'm too safe not to get zero. since I'm in the learning phase

After being a loser for several years, I think I was very lucky and reached a WCOOP FT 109usd tournament, incredible story, qualifying from a spin of 4usd and managing to finish 5th for 20k USD, all that prize was like recovering years of Lost and lost, I was able to pay bills and buy a car 0 KM. :D:D:D

My 1st big win took me to Las Vegas for a few days of poker. While I did not win in Vegas I actually broke even and went again a year later. :) That trip I did not win any money thought :(

 When I won my first grand prize, playing online poker I bought all the furniture in my house, the beds, the refrigerator, the kitchen, furniture, among many other things.

If you lose, don't be frustrated , understand, you did the best you could ...

I don't remember the exact amount, what I do remember is what I did with the money, taking my girlfriend who was then and now my wife to buy a spectacular bedroom set, a wise decision.

I remember my first big prize. I think I had been playing online poker for a while back in around 2004 and decided to play in a casino live for the first time. It was in my hometown in the UK and it was a quite intimidating old school style casino.

Anyway the buy in was £20 with unlimited rebuys in the first hour or so. I thought £20 is fine I'll give it a go. After 30 mins I realised what I got myself into. People were go all in every other hand and the rebuys were out of control! At the end of the rebuys I was still in but at spent £100 in buys (a lot more than I had planned!!) I thought to myself, god I better win something after spending £100 already. Luckily I made the final table and did a deal for £500 finishing joint 2nd I think as a few of us took £500 and the chip leader took around £1k. Strange times but good memories.
