I agree with you. I think that everything that is done in excess ends up causing wear and tear, and if we spend at least 1 day without playing, the next day we will apparently be more "thirsty for victory", well... at least I feel that way.

I play poker about 5-4 days a week. Usually, Sunday and some other random day are my days off, but sometimes, if there is a series of tournaments, I can play every day. After that, I take a break for 3-4 days.

Every day for sure, unless I am travelling or doing something that prevents me from playing. I would estimate I average 3-4 hours on the days I play.

Makes me wonder if it would help or hinder to schedule poker breaks. VERY interesting!!

I have falling outs spent three years in training... didn't play at all for almost 6-5 years between training and Skateboarding. I have no job right now and employment is hard for young men in my area to find. So I took up a old craft In hopes I would succeed like I did when I was a teenager (272 1st place wins). But I realised the Rng aint the same and its almost like their tampering with it to let fish win. Makes the game very unenjoyable to experienced players. I much rather play at live casinos where I know the deck won't be cold. But beggars cant be choosers and I'm stuck playing online.
