This is the feeling when problems don't want to let you go and you make the wrong decisions over and over again under the pressure of your own thoughts. In this case, when I open a bottle of beer, pour a glass of wine or drink 100 grams of whiskey, I relax a little and let go of some thoughts, I really play well.
Considering that I play at least 1 tournament every night, of course I don't drink every time, but once or twice a week it can be a bottle of beer or 100-200 milliliters of whiskey/ rum/ gin /vodka.
