I was trying to find the phone number of Full Tilt and have found this topic. We are from Russia, my father plays holdem for 4 years and actually now we know all rules and conditions. Two weeks ago my dad decided to close his old account on FTP site in order to open a new one. Of course he wrote them a letter in which he asked to close the account and they answered him that they did so. As they answered he had no doubt and opened a new account. He played for some time, won some money and made a withdrawal via Click2Pay to his debit card and it was successful. Then he played again and tried to withdraw using the same method, but the transaction was voided, because he has multiple accounts! They blocked both accounts (they did not close the old one) with $7000 on one of them. Now they do not answer our letters :) One girl from affiliates (as the accounts were jointto the affiliate ) answered just once and said that she can't help us. We tried to explain them that it was their mistake and they did not close the old account properly, but the just do not answer. So does anybody know their phone number?

once u close ur account, you cannot open a new one.. you'd need them to open the old one. Don't blame FT when you don't read the rules.

So does anybody know their phone number?
In trying to reference an answer to this question, I discovered that Full Tilt has dropped any listed telephone contacts and everything is exclusively email to various departments. I called them a couple of years back as noted in the previous post, but it doesn't appear to be an option now. Too bad. It actually doesn't speak too well of any company if it declines to speak directly with customers by phone, or to provide live chat support. "Don't call us, we'll call you" is no way to do business.

I can tell you I've had the same frustrating experience with FTP. Customer service is non-existent in their vocabulary.

We also have money (about $100) locked up somewhere in their system we tried to cash out. I beat my head against the brick wall for a couple weeks, then got busy with other things. Maybe I'll try again and let you all know if I get any positive responses from them. Don't hold your breath though.
