Well The Chip Race is a poker podcast not about dealers per se, but they do discuss industry issues and will feature individuals who have worked as dealers, IT guys and management at online sites etc.

The regular format is a few different interviews with players, news and some hand breakdowns. Its hosted by David Lappin and Dara O'Kearney and sponsored by unibet - it is by far my favorite poker podcast.

I have never been to Vegas but I would love to go. I like to play craps sometimes and I think it would be great to enter a poker tournament there as well. My best friend went there a few years ago and said it was a blast. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas right...lol
