A two-outer's gonna hit sometimes. If you can't deal with that concept, then poker might not be your best option. I know it's hard to pump yourself up with, 'at least I made the right play' when you see the other guy raking in your chips, but the quicker you can let go of a perceived bad beat, the better will be your results. Take a deep breath, sit out a hand or two if you are in an MTT and still have chips left, and then refocus.
