Complaining about luck

Some people vent this way (complaining), other find it easier to blame something else for their results instead of their own game. Correct approach is to first see if you made any mistakes in the hand, second to see if you were just outplayed and last to blame variance. Even if variance hit you remember that this is poker and not chess. Sometimes variance hits you and sometimes it helps you. That's why this game is interesting.

Once I fell asleep being almost a chip leader and survived about 5 more money jumps, it was unpleasant but maybe for the best)
