Coffee or tea at the poker table?

Since I play poker at night I prefer a cup or two of coffee the most, it adds concentration to me

My bluffing has evolved. It started out as a means to get more involved especially if I' been quiet for a long time. I'd get bored and have a crap non-suite, non-connected hand and go for it. It usually worked. But fighting boredom by doing silly stuff isn't the best strategy.

Now, I'm more intentional with a strategy and not great, but playable, card combos I like to 3B as a bluff in late position or from the BB. And if I get 4B it's easy to let it go.

I prefer, need, a good cup of java in the mornings just to get kick-started. After that it depends on how much sleep I got the night before, but usually I switch to ice tea after that first cup. I like the Yuban brand of coffee and make it with a French press.

My preferred tea is the large McDonald's, half sweet and half unsweet because their sweet is too sweet and their unsweet isn't sweet enough, for a dollar. And before the Covid, I could get free refills all day, and sometimes the next day and the next day with the same cup.
