Been back through a lot of threads and posts, and still a little hesitant to choose. Seen some problems in both methods. Who has the best electron methods, i.e., ewallet, epassport, etc, and who's the fastest with least problems. Of course then there's taking payment by check. Don't want to start a squabble or bring up bad memories for anyone, but, some input would be helpful. They all take ur money, no problem, but it sure seems they make it awful hard to get some back, Account snaps, wending in picture I.D.s, etc. I like to keep it simple. So, in example, let's say I choose epassport(remember, this is just an example) how long would it take to see my funds added and how difficult would it be for them to put it into my checking account or on my credit card. ALL reponses welcome!!

I use MoneyBookers now.. Before i used only neteller, but its so expensive:( Also moneybookers just takes 2 days aprox when u withdraw funds..

Neteller have the ATM card, and its a shame MB dont have it but im sure they will add it pretty soon as they can see that neteller is dominating the market when they offer that.

I have never had any problems with MB and its much easyer to open a account there, then with neteller..

Thats my opinion.

The only problem is, Neteller is not an option for U.S. players. Which is a shame, because it was reliable, fast, and most sites covered the depositing/withdrawal fees. But, it's not available to Roland, so ignore that. :)

Something everyone should keep in mind: if you make a deposit using a credit card you CANNOT make a withdrawal back to the card. This is something set in place by the credit card company, not the poker site. So be aware of that.

Roland, I've never withdrawn from bodog (to be truthful, I haven't made any withdrawals since Neteller closed to the U.S. market), but I see that Moneybookers is not an option there. Also, if you haven't made a deposit with either eWalletXpress of Click2Pay, you won't be able to request a withdrawal using this method. Looking at my Bodog account, I see that ePassporte is not even an option.

So, assuming you used neither eWalletXpress nor Click2Pay to deposit on Bodog, your three options are:
  • Check by Courier
  • Money Transfer
  • Rapid Transfer
Check by Courier is said (according to Bodog) to arrive within 15 business days to most U.S. locations. You should know however that many people have had problems with this method. Some have claimed that their checks have bounced, and while they eventually get their money, they have to wait much longer than the expected 15 business days.

Money Transfer and Rapid Transfer appear to be a transaction that uses a service like Western Union, where you go and pick-up your funds (I'm not sure if WU is the company they use, however). The only difference between the two from what I can gather is that the Money Transfer takes 5-7 business days to clear, while the Rapid Transfer happens more quickly (however, they do not specify on Bodog how long it actually should take). There is a disclaimer that states:

"If you have used methods other than Money Transfer/Rapid Transfer to fund your Bodog account, your payout will be processed via that method, if applicable."

If you used a credit card to deposit, however, this may be an option open to you. Contact Bodog for details on that end.

I hope this helps you in making a decision. I've gathered this information based on what is available to me on my account. Your options may vary. To see what is available to you, log onto your Bodog account. Go to the Cashier and click on "Payout".

jQ I'm not sure why you're concentrating on Bodog when OP seems to be asking which poker site should they deposit at, one which has easy withdrawals :questionm

Unless you know something which I don't about this... :dontknow:

Maybe because his little bio in the top right corner speaks of his playing at Bodog.

Wow. Um...could have sworn when I started my response that OP said he's been playing at Bodog, so I assumed he wanted to cashout from there. I had to leave half-way through my reply, then finished it later when I came back...maybe he edited OP in that time? Totally bizarre.

Well, guess I'll have to make an entirely new post...:p But I don't have time at the moment. Sorry for any confusion.

I think this ^^^ is what happened. You were probably too busy trying to rush to your 10,100 post milestone that you didn't realize it. :)

I think you should have to start playing at Bodog again just to utilize her advice so it doesn't go to waste after she spent all that time putting together a custom response just for you based on your flawed bio. ;) :p

Best for me

Epassporte has been great for cashing out, I have had almost instant response from them from Fulltilt, wont be long before I cash some out from pokerstars, have to see how they do. I think the problems people have time wise is mostly the poker site, not the middle man.

Wow. I really must be losing my mind. I could've sworn that you said something about Bodog in your post. Only a matter of time before they are shipping me off to the funny farm

Ok, so what you're asking is which sites have the best cashout procedures? I have to say I would highly recommend poker stars because of their Instant eCheck option. Using your own checking account, you get your funds instantly, and you can use the same method to cash out as well, which only takes a few days, and is routed directly to your checking account.

I actually haven't used it myself, but have read where other known members have (both for deposit and withdrawal), and have had no problems with it. Plus you get the added benefit of Poker Stars phenominal support. Out of all the sites I have played (and there have been a few), Stars is hands down the absolute best when it comes to support and customer service.

If you'd like to read more about the Instant eCheck option on Stars, click here.

Well, I'm going with epassp0rte. After talking at some length with thier customer service rep(grilling them actually), here's basically what I found out. It only takes, in MOST cases ab0ut 2 - 3 hrs for your funds to be recieved from poker stars(and I would assume the same from the other sites) and ALMOST ALWAYS within 24hrs. Sign up is a cinch! There is a 5 dollar initial sign up fee up to the first 100 dollars( I'm not going to worry about any thing after that because I NEVER deposit that much) and then 2 dollars after that. Oh, by the way, yu are depositing funds into epassporte from yur credit or debit card. The min. deposit is 25 dollars. So in other words if you deposit 25 dollars your first deposit, your poker stars account shows 20 dollars. You can also have funds transferred directly into your checking account, but this will take from 2 - 7 days. Almost always within 3. The only thing I didn't like about it was if you by any chance have any funds left in your account(you weren't tracking your money maybe and there's 30 dollars in there yu forgot about) when you close it out, you lose those funds. Otherwise sounds teriffic to me. Soooooo.....there it is and if that don't work, there's always AG's favorite method, CHECKS. Who knows, maybe someone else will get some use out of this too.

E-pass took well over a month to send a few pennies to my bank account to verify the authenticity. If they can't act in a timely manner and transfer a few cents over the interwebs when signing up a new customer/getting new business, why would I trust them to transfer large dollar amounts of my money in a timely manner later?

Also, their fees are redonkulous.
