Hello everyone and good day!
I prefer to play for money, but it is almost impossible to make money on this. In Russia, poker stars has a strict withdrawal limit. I really want to return the time when the withdrawal of funds was spent in just a couple of minutes. With Qiwi it was very convenient.

Cash or tournaments is an eternal dispute which is better At the moment I win 25nl at 9bb / 100 against a very weak sex of American players on a regulated site. Tournaments can be good and bad. Firstly, I can spend 4 hours minimizing cash where I can double my stack (or lose 2 lol) much faster and the game goes on. Variance kicked my ass for playing well in tournaments, and I lost the desire to play in them. Now in my opinion Cash is more profitable

I like to play cash more, the tournament can go on for a long time and it is impossible in this case to just leave the table, as when playing cash.

Bankroll is the difference

I prefer cash games to tourneys

You are not locked into the game
for a lengthy time period

but, for cash games, you need a decent bankroll

Tourneys offer big money potential
so, for the time being, it's tourneys for me

(my favorite game is a 1 or 2 table sit-n-go.
but I haven't found many low stakes SNGs available,
where there are players active)

I prefer to play in tournaments.
It so happened that when I learning to play poker, I watched EPT tournaments on YouTube.
After understanding what poker is, I played only tournament games for a long time.
Though now sometimes I go to play cash games NL2 - NL5 for fun.

Tourny

I like tournaments, it's more challenging. And you can't blow your bankroll in one hand. Not that I do, but most certainly have..:D

cash games

I like both. Tournaments are a great challenge to keep your focus for a longer period of time and to play good poker. Of course a certain amount of luck helps. Cash games allow you to be more flexible and to play directly for money.
true but cash games are more difficult just for me

I won't play online cash tables because folks can bail on you if you play heads up and the folks at the online cash table can have so much software at the table that they can know your tendencies really, really well. I just don't trust the cash games tables online either.

If I'm playing live then I prefer cash games because I have more control over my money than in tourns. I also know my hourly rate and the payouts of daily tourns at the casino I go to aren't that great like online tourns. So its better to play cash games for more consistent and reliable cash flow than playing live tourns.

Prefer cash. It's more like "real" poker. You don't have fools going "all in" all the time.

For non-professional players I would recommend tournaments.
The cash games are quite boring and "automated".
At tournaments there is progress, big stack, short stack, ICM and most important the sweet reward or reaching FT.
At cash game you can at best double-tripple up.

But of course if from "fun" point of view. If you are for money, you will have different view.
