We should take a break when we are board or impatient but how do we know when we are exactly in that mood ?

I was reading this really interesting book "the Definitive BOOK OF BODY LANGUAGE" and found something that i should share here

BOREDOM...

when we begin to use our hand to support our head
its a sign that boredom has set in and the supporting hand is an attempt to hold our head up to stop ourselves from falling asleep .
It usually begins with the thumb supporting the chin
then by the fist as interest wanes. Extreme lack of interest is shown when the head is fully supported by the hand

IMPATIENCE...

Drumming the fingers on the table/desk and continual
tapping of the feet on the floor are signal for impatience .
The speed of the finger or foot tap is related to the extent of the person's impatience-- the faster the taps, the more impatient we become

so whenever u feel that boredom/ impatience is creeping up on u it might be time for a quick break or quick walk around the chair so u can get your interest back + your A game

Let me know what u guys think ?
