Depends what kind of action you want pokerstars would be the best value for the money seeing as you won't have to big a bankroll PS has Micro tables (.1/.2, .2/.5 and .5/.10c) but the Bonus will take you months to clear.
Titan has a nice Bonus of 150% upto $500 and they throw you $10 when you join which is always nice, i haven't been on many sites your best bet would be to look around at the poker reviews / poker bonuses tabs to the top right of the forum as they are mighty helpful, good luck on the tables and with the mrs anywho.
