At the high night and early hours (00:00~4:00) where its still dark. The time when most of people are sleeping, the night is quiet and the silence reigns. This comfy time is time to concentrate and play poker.

this is pretty much the same for ROW players but you'd want to dial it back by ~4hrs. on the weekdays (making it ~7pm over in the UK).

Best time I find is 11am til' 3:30pm (PT)
so in poker time (I call ET poker time) it'd be 2pm(ET) ti' 6:30pm(ET)

I'm not sure how many are interpretting the OP's question but I just assumed that 'best time to play' meant 'when the tables are softest' or 'when it is most profitable due to a larger number of bad players on the tables'.

fwiw, 'RIGHT NOW' is still in the optimal time (it is 5mins. before Midnight GMT time zone & maybe for another hour or so)... close to largest numbers of players on the tables AND largest ratio of bad-vs.-good players on the tables.

Isn't that ^ the best time to play?

I don't play Cash tables so this is strictly my tourney response:
I pay almost ZERO attention to what time of day I am playing except that I plan my MTT play according to my mood, my patience and whether I feel good enough to play for the entire length of time it would take to win any tourney I am considering playing in. I will often play a single table SNG if I doubt I have the mood and/or stamina to take an MTT to the win. I don't pick my play times based on the type of field that is likely to be present.

Usually morning when all villain are tired and sleepy.

This is really a great idea

That would be a good idea if it were true... but it's not.

"RIGHT NOW" 08:42 GMT is what I'd consider to be early morning & it's at this time of day you'll find the tables to be the toughest. Numbers aren't that high & percentage of good players vs. bad players is high.

my free time to play poker, it's Saturday - Sunday, during the week I can start playing, but it happens very rarely, at a time when I'm not able to play, currently study in the first place:)
