I see stats talking about BB/100. I realize that the BB = Big Bet. But what exactly do you consider a BB. If blinds are 0.1 / 0.25 at a cash table. What do you consider a BB?

Its twice the big blind. It comes from limit poker terminology I think, and the larger number denoting those tables are big bets.

In limit on the turn and river you can bet twice the bb I think. So it's called a BB or Big Bet.

So in a 0.10 / 0.25 cash game the BB is only 0.50. Dont know why but i had in my head that it would be more than that.

No, that's it. If you're beating $0.10/$0.25 for 3BB/100, which isn't a bad winrate, you're winning $1.50 every 100 hands you play. If you average 500 hands/hour, your hourly rate is $7.50/hr.
