going from 0->300 br seems like a very large jump. why did you choose 300? if you can win at a lower level, you can win at a high level. take ya time, especially if ya never put this much money in

If you are a good player you'll get the $300 in no time..

i'd play in a $50 tournament if i had a bankroll of $300, it would be a lot different play than the $1 & $5 games that i'm used to, maybe one day i'll do just that

I have wondered the same thing about how much to play. I like the percentage idea the best. Whatever you have to start, play up to 2% buyin amount to keep your bank roll intact and you get to increase with winning or if you are in a slump you go down. You never risk it all in one swoop.
