I started when I was 16 years old but I couldn't play in the game houses, so I always played with friends at school. So when I was 18 I discovered the PokerStars website and created an account and started my gaming journey!

At what age did you start playing poker?

I actually learned the basic 5 card draw poker and 7 card stud poker at around 10 or 12 years old. I was not playing for real money then, just pennies.

Playing poker for real money started in my early 20's, I never devoted much time to really improving until I had my work injury, and I knew I was going to have "time" and I had to find something I could do that wasn't really physically demanding.
