16 table 2nl. afaic there are really no huge swings at that level

Don't go over your head to clear a bonus. A bonus is just a little more rakeback than usual. And if you play good, that should only be a fraction of your winrate. Concentrate on playing good poker, not on playing a huge volume.

At least until you reach stakes where the money becomes substantial, the only thing that should matter is enjoying the game, learning and improving. If you do that, the money will come naturally. If you focus on bonuses instead, you will just slow down or completely stop your progression as a poker player.

^^^ Great advice. I can't tell you how many times in the first year I played poker that I lost more than the bonus trying to clear it lol.

On a side note, i've cleared $187 of my $200 "biggest bonus ever" already. They really should have made that bonus a little bigger to deserve that name...
