I earned a little money from full tilt and when I tried to withdraw the funds they frooze my account. They have no problem taking your money they just do not want to pay off. After a little research I have found it is a common pratice for them. There phone has been shut off Corporate Office: 918-491-4731 so it appears they are going out of business anyway. I am looking for people who have been defrauded by them with the hopes of filing a class action law suit. tell me your story.

I doubt Full Tilt is going out of business. I wonder, what were the conditions that they froze your account for? How did you earn the money? Was it from a freeroll? Had you ever made a deposit? There might be an easy solution to your problem, but we need more info than what you gave.

100% chance you broke the rules..probably multiple accounts to try to get rakeback.

He didn't ask for an explanation for what he's experiencing.

He asked if anybody has had the same problem.

But there may be a perfectly legitimate reason why he is experiencing this problem, and that's what I would like to find out. Full Tilt is one of the biggest, most respected sites out there. I highly doubt they are trying to scam him. But if they were, knowing the details would help. Plus, if we knew the details, there's a good chance that we may be able to help him rectify the situation.

You can't just say, hey, you cheated me, and now I'm gonna sue. Proof is necessary, is it not?

No!
And FT Will NOT be going out of business anytime soon, either. I've deposired and withdrawn there numerous times with absolutely no problems, and I seriously doubt that a site as large as they are would make it a practice to ripoff and freeze players accounts without some pretty good reason. BTW, where DID you get that phone #, it's years out of date.

There are so many things wrong with this post that its hard to point them all out.

Number One- This is the OP's first post and he has not made any other posts. He gives absolutley no info about any of his claims.

Number 2- You give no amounts. You dont tell us how much money you have earned, nor do you tell us why they froze your account.

Number 3- You claim to have found evidence of them doing this kind of thing but give us none. Many, many of us play at FT with no problems at all yet you seem to have found information that none of us have. Please share.

Number 4- The phone number you gave is for ZealRadio in Tulsa Oklahoma.(Full Tilt has no offices in the U.S.) Maybe you were hoping we were all stupid and wouldn't Look at that.

Conclusion? The OP is a bot or spammer working for competing a competing poker site trying anything they can to steal players from FT.

:deal::deal::deal: I would make a comment but there is so little substance in his rant I don't know what to say. My only problem with Fulltilt. I have played almost every day for 14 months, is they deduct from your rakeback when you use your points to get something at the store. I just do NOT see the correlation there. By the way Happy New Year y'all

Ive been playing at Full Tilt for a few years now. Ive deposited and had numerious cashouts without any problems what so ever. They will occasionally however look for some proof id if its a first time withdrawal and freeroll winnings. This is to prevent underage play.

They will also lock an account for breaking their T&C, mulit-accounting, the use of bots, and the use of certain illegial software. They may also lock an account for depositing a large amount and cashing it out without any reasonable play, (for further investagation usually).

Hi all

Seems whenever you see posts like this...there is always "something important" left out of the story--esp when someone comes onto a forum and their only post is about a respected site "stealing" from them

Why does it always turn out, that they colluded, they opened mutiple accounts, or some other shananigans...

I have played online poker since about day 1 that it was offered. I have never had any problem with any respected site as far as being denied my funds (including Full Tilt) and I have transfered a lot.

Its a shame repected sites get libeled like this......

Good luck Ahab filing suit against a company domiciled in Aruba. Don't think you'll get many takers on that class action :deal: lmao
