If you can consistantly make $1 per hour playing those freerolls you shouldn't really need to worry much about Bankroll size to play the lowest games. Freeroll a buyin and play it. If you win great. If you loose, just freeroll another buyin.

Assuming 50 buy-ins, then you're looking at $200 for 4NL (.04 x 100 x 50). For full limit, you can get away with a good bit less than that, since your entire BI is seldom at risk in any one hand.
