Discipline will definitely top my list. Not just for the purpose of playing poker, but in bankroll management.

Absolutely! Disciplined bankroll management is one of the most important things one must possess for long-term success. The greatest majority of players simply don't have it.

Patience, instinct, etc., etc., while they are important, without a bankroll and the discipline to grow it, what does a serious player really have?
