aiiiight yah... 'some' play 24tables at the same time.. BUT pretty sure none that are playing super micro limits.
So according to what you're saying here, if the guy was playing 20tables he'd need an $800 roll to plaly 2NL??? This seems more than a bit extreme. Seriously... and that's coming from a HUGE bankroll nit.

I've done 24 a few times, but only with $1 per table -- that was still under my BRM limits, but it was 1/2 stack. Didn't seem to matter much, though, vs. full stack. I see a few players at 2nl that routinely do 20 tables, but it wears me out too fast to go past 17 or so.

I consider myself to be pretty conservative when it comes to buy-ins. But, I have no problem buying in to eight to ten 10NL tables at a time with just 40 buy-ins total in my bankroll.

So, that's 2.5% on each table, but 20-25% of my entire BR in play at once. As long as I keep an eye out for monkey-tilt, I don't consider that to be dangerous. Of course, this is at an established limit where I've put in >50K hands, and I know I'm profitable. I wouldn't do this at a new limit, obviously.
