It really depends on the table I play at. Live or online? NL2 or NL200? What is the 3bet vs steal% of blind player? What is the table image of both the blind and your? etc.

I would call only if I had a playable hand like PP AK AQ except real low PP's also depends on how big my stack is too.

Their range is usually pretty wide in this situation, trying to take advantage of a wide button range. Therefore its unlikely that they would particularly have a v. strong range, and so I would call with suited connectors, most pairs and AJ+. If you're holding like q10o, i sometimes go for a 4 bet, but not the best with no history
