Im not here to flame but I wouldnt call Negreanu a calling station.
For me with these palyers Tighten way up and bet much heavier pre flop.

Calling a small raise with speculative hands is often a good play

Value bet aggressively with strong hands, play tigher ranges. If your strong hand turn showdown hand, play check/call or check/fold depending on the size of the calling station bet.

As long as you have patience eventually the calling station will end up donating their stack. Just need to pick your spots
