So many times in tournements, someone offends us. By playing like a donk, insulting our play, or just getting a bad beat in on us. So we
"SET A TARGET!'
I'll get you..... looms in the back of our minds, and we actively seek a chance to GET EM BACK! What usually hasppens? You set the trap, they fall into it, and someone at the table takes you BOTH OUT!
By focusing on an ALL IN DONK, you forget the other players have cards too! You beat the "target" only to become someone else's "mark" by not weighting their cards into your attack.
When out of position, BE PATIENT! I seem to get angrier when someone else takes out MY TARGET! LOL
There is only one solution I have been able to come up with...
I call it, ALTHEIMER'S REMEDY. Once a hand is over, FORGET IT! Win, lose or draw, IF you didn't bust out, there is another hand waiting to be played.
PLAY EVERY HAND LIKE IT IS THE FIRST ONE IN THE TOURNEMENT , for the 1st 30 mins. You will be amazed at how many second hour cuts you will start making if you adapt this stagedy.
If we don't learn from our mistakes.... we will be doomed to repeat them!
What's your take on this? Give me a shout:smile:
