use bankroll management and don't sit with your whole roll you will lose it even if you doube. cash games can be very advanced but for beginner just fold till you get good hands ...at micro stakes no one will notice that really...also mtt bankroll needs to more than 20 likewise with cash.....50 buy ins for cash and 100 or more or mtts

also a good thing to remember is if you're playing micro cash .01/.02 or .03/.05 players are terrible and will call with anything. The higher the stakes the better the players. I prefer playing with good players than idiots because the idiot you never know what they call with. You then over think what they have and are wrong 75% of the time cuz they called with suited anything or ace rag to a premium raise.

ok, thank you scotish matt, its not because i cant build it from 5BIs cus that i have done before on sky poker, its the fact that i dont have an understanding in cash game poker to do this, thats why im asking for tips to get an understanding in the cash game thelosophy, im an MTT reg or at least i was till i withdrew my winnings (turned $30 into $300, then me and the gf went to England)
i have an ROI of 100 - 150% on 3 different sites but i want to adapt my game to cash and im trying to learn, and as a new player to the cash game, im trial and erroring my way, which is good, but if you dont understand what your doing wrong in the first place then its bad......
its not even scared money, its more like a small ammount that i have allocated to try different things to try and boost a BR easier then trying to just get that 1 good win in an MTT with only 20-30 shots

As for CANDYMAN1414 and speedexas
i cant believe your saying here "i would rather play with good players who make good decisions and in the most probably makes money then play against players who make bad decisions and are losing money"
i actually took that quote from a forum post i read on a previous post in this forum lol but its true xD

Bad players are like hot chicks.... Poker players should dream of sitting with a player who will shove his 7 2 off into our AA. In fact... That dream would probably be a wet one for me ;)

BOOM just gave the cash table a little go again, this time trying to grind rather then ambush the fishes, and after my session i was $1.22 up :) Buy in ammount of $4. but alot of players on the table only had $1.60 etc etc so quite happy with this :)
might not seem like a lot but in 51 hands, i saw 12 flops, continued to the turn 9 times, made it to the river 8 times (winning 1 hand here without showdown)
and won 3 out of the 5 showdowns
although 1 of these showdowns was informational, guy raised 5x pre, i had A Q, and called the flop bet, and min raise turn bet, it was checked to me on the river so wanted to know what he was raising with pre, K 9s and he won at showdown, but then i had some info on his range, which was trash even in EP
