I've asked for a lot of advice here about how to play small PPs. And yesterday was the first time I been at a cash table for awhile because I've been running so bad.
Anyway have this one hand I wanted to share about how I played 99 in the BB. I had 2 players in early positions and 2 in middle/late positions. They all call the blinds and when it gets to me I raise the pot trying to run 1 or 2 but they all stay. The flop is 6K8 so I thought if I don't bet I'm going to lose the pot anyway. So I bet half the pot and after some thought all folded. I don't know. Should i have checked and let a player take a shot at the pot making me think he has the K and them I would have folded.
