Hello,
I noticed the last months the following on SH higher limits (20/40 and up):
Everyone folds, only blinds are left.
Till last year it was the BB which would make the raise to the SB because of the position.
Nowadays the SB seems to raise the BB a lot more often.
What do you high rollers think whats profitable??
.1. good old button raise (position play)
.2. the SB raises the BB (aggresive play)
or .3. the BB raises allways or reraises the SB (position play)
