Been playing 6 tables of $100 rush full ring. Regs seem to have tighter ranges that normal tables probably coz theres less table dynamics Im assuming. Theres a lot of fit or fold regs, fish are fish whether its rush or normal. Ive played 90k hands so far at Rush of which I have 40k at 6max, the rest FR. 6max I have found considerably harder to find a winning startegy, running like crap doesnt help.

On average you get a premium hand every 3 to 5 minutes rush, this'll surely keep you interested.
Also, you find donks that'll call 5 X BB just to see a flop, they might get lucky at times but if you're able to find the right spots then rush'll surely help increase your BR.
Marking constant raisers, BB defenders and uber tight players is another thing that should be kept in mind.
