After posting this thread I tightened up my game, stopped limping with crap, and became more aggressive with premium hands, and putting the brakes on when the board flops bad. And it seems to be working, apart from the suckouts/badbeats we all get, my graph is looking a lot healthier.

yeah, thats part of my new mindset. In the past I overplayed AA, looking to get it AI on any flop, without thinking maybe Im behind. Hopefully I can lay it down now, when needed to.
