Hi.
I'm referring to 888 and pokerstars rake.
888 = 1cent per 16 cent in the pot at microstakes NLHE.
pokerstars = 3.5% at micro stakes NLHE.
so for example if the pot was 1.60 dollars. 888 would take 10 cent
and stars would take 1.60 x .0035 = 6 cent (rounded up)
First, question I have got this correct?
If so, that's quite a difference and it all adds up. However, Pokerstars virtually
give you nothing back it seems. I'm ages away away from getting my first 10 bucks back, and I've playing all day everyday since I joined a about 3 months ago.
I remember getting 10 bucks rake back from 888 before I joined stars in way less of a time.
I joined Stars because I hear it's great from microstakes cash players in terms of rake and it is but if it takes so long to get it back then maybe it's not so great as I thought.
I don't know exactly what rakeback either sites offer exactly. if anyone could shed some light please would be appreciated. I like both sites for different things. Just not sure which one I should be playing solely for cash games. Thnaks
