hey luking at poker tracker other day shows i have lost 400 dollers at showdown and won 550 dollers without showdown does this mean im a proper fish?i play heads up mand some ring games. if this is the case what do i do 2 stop this?

Not necessarily. Check hands to see if you're calling down too light, or if you're betting so large that you're blowing worse hands out of the pot when you should be encouraging them to call, but overall this doesn't say a lot (other than that you're up $150, which is good).

If you're not looking at at least 10K hands, the sd/non-sd lines aren't going to be significant.
