I saw this checklist in a book and wrote it down after I went on tilt a while back and ive found alot of this useful, its basically guidelines for playing and keeping a positive attitude while at the tables. Maybe this can help you, give me your thoughts.

Poker Checklist.

.) Paitence.

.) Play tight and agressive.

.) Don't Get greedy.

.) Play the man not the cards.

.) Fold when you know your beat.

.) Set a limit you can lose and a limit you can win, once a limit is reached stop playing.

.) Anticipate the next plays of players.

.) Count your outs.

.) Check or bet minimum to see where you are.

.) Don't get fustrated, you can win back what you lose.

.) Pay ateention to preflop / postflop betting patterns.

.) Watch slowplayers and high betters get out when they make their move its only 1 hand.

.) Bet big with big hands so theirs no loose players hitting cards.

.) Once you get chips hang on to them tighten up and steal blinds.

.) Watch the sharks and beat up on the fish.

.) Win some money and improve your game.

Didn't the 2nd place winner of last year's wsop (can't remember his name) have a checklist with him and read it aloud at certain points? I wonder if this is the same list.
