Depending on stack and position. In the circumstances outlined I would most likely fold. I do like AK though and often take pots with it. AQ though is one I usually limp and fold if no hit on the flop.
I wouldn't have a strict way of playing AK as there are many other variables to take into account but following the footsteps of Phil Hellmuth...it isn't a made hand.
