Only way to place A/A with the highest percentages is to get people to fold...How do U do this? ALL IN of course. A/A in limit games is a little tougher but stick to ur guns and raise preflop...if u get a caller after the flop simply call if u feel they may have a better hand.

Yeah I don't really agree with this idea because you miss so much potential money if you win the hand. You always want to keep EV high and try to get as much money of a single pot. You don't want to a bunch of pots as you want to win big pots.

I would say bet as much as you think to people on the table would call with pretty good hands. If you get only two people to call you still have a preety good chance preflop and will probably be able to get more chips if you win the hand.
