When playing fixed limit at micro stakes such as 0.10/0.20 or 0.25/0.50, there is a new routine that I undergo once thinking my opponent hasn't hit the board and is weak, or have only hit bottom pair for example. If they raise preflop and I flat call, once the board comes one which doesn't seem like it connects with them too much they will still c bet. Therefore I insta call, then insta check the turn, they ALWAYS see this as strength and will check and once I bet the river they always fold unless they connect with something big. If they do not check the turn I will usually always raise and they start to get iffy about what they should do and call, then i insta bet the river if they call and they usually fold. If they raise me again on the turn I will know my read is wrong and will fold, but 80 percent of the time I will get them to fold a hand stronger than mine like 2 over cards or bottom pair, when if I didnt insta call insta check it wouldn't happen.
