I've learned something important. When it comes to poker, I have to distinct styles. Normal winning player and tilted macro aggressive maniac! I looked at my hand history by sessions. Winning sessions and losing sessions had 2 distinct types of stats. Winning sessions were anywhere from 60-80vpip "pot limit omaha" with a pfr of half of my vpip. So 50 was 20, 80 was 40. Low 3 bet stats, high wtsd$"40-50" and low wtsd. My maniac is typical maniac. High vpip. High raise. Insane 3 bet. What are some tips for controlling this second style of play? I've thought of using stop loss to prevent playing on tilt. Ie, if i win 3 dollars, stop when I go to 1 dollar winning before I tilt and rage. If I lose a buy in or two, stop. etc.
