Just returning to poker (been super busy last couple years). I also just got the free trial of Poker Copilot, and I was looking at my biggest wins and looses for the first week of play (all 2nl). The big wins were all as expected - big hand, win a big pot. The surprise was that I had 8 hands that lost at least half a buy in because I got away from solid play. (out of 4000) That totaled 6.5 buy-ins lost because I over-adjusted to what I thought was weak tight post flop play. I think it was a kind of self induced tilt after some really hard folds. I did run good overall, but man that's a sucky way to remember self control. Don't be me.
