Play 9-max not 6-max especially at such low stakes; you can far easier abuse position and people give tells by fearing other players rather than you needing to do the raising all the time to garner reads.

As far as I'm concerned playing abc poker is enough to own microstakes, bluff only if you claim that you can steal the pot, if you don't have any info on villans play abc poker, don't do some sophisticated reads on yours opponents cause theyp don't think sophisticately, play your best hands and value bet hard

I agree with playing a value approach. That said, there's more ways to extract value from a flop than just tag. Throw in some suited connectors and play j 10 some in position planning to fold if they miss. Getting in cheap and making a pot out of air is a skill set that works. I generally try to raise draws at these stakes to build the pot, but not so much that if I miss it's too expensive. This is all about bet sizing.
