Lately have read a few articles on the topic as I have heard it come up in a few threads lately. Still all a bit confused on both topics.
Just hoping for an explanation and chat so I can understand the two ideas more specifically.

2nl & 5nl, though I know it doesn't come to play in these limits it is more for my own knowledge then to actually apply to my game at this point??

Simplified, polarized range means that when you take a certain line, you're either very strong or weak / bluffing. With moderate strength, you take a different line. Merged means you take the same line with a wide range of strengths.
