In other news, I'm doing job search nonsenses. For this one company, I had to take a "pre-employment assessment," which was basically a personality test followed by an IQ test. Then just had phone interview, which seemed almost logistical, but went pretty well regardless. Theoretically will be getting a tour of their facilities and doing interviews with hiring managers sometime in the next few weeks.
