MP checks, Hero ?

Where do you see villains range here on the river? check seems strange for me. is he really feared for the full?

Should we raise the draw on flop? Should we raise on the turn? What would you do on the river?

I think it's a check back on the river as played with the paired board and a weak flush for hero. Seems like maybe villain spiked a set on the flop and is setting up for a check raise. I think the calldown on all streets is alright given that raises will be called by better hands only.
