Yes it is a bit bigger since I am running above EV.

I don't care about non-adjusted numbers since they are not realistic.

P.S. I am actually having a rather bad session right now (-3 BI while playing decently, just am getting rivered a bit too much) so it is now at 0.66 evBB/100 :D not exactly brilliant heh

Fwiw, even adjusted bb/100 is a pretty flawed measure. Ideally you would want something judging your full EV in each hand, which would be impossible. There are so many aspects that the "EV" line doesn't capture, in particular, it can only consider the actual 2-card hands in play, as opposed to entire ranges.

Again, you need the full word "spoiler" not just "spoil."

QQ: Looks good. His range is gonna be so air-heavy that I think just flatting IP until the river is the only way to go.

A3cc: Line looks fine until turn imo. I prefer taking a free card IP because vs. his preflop limp-call + flop check-call range, I doubt we're getting that many turn folds. In fact the hand he turns up with is one of the few hands I would have expected to get folds from on the turn, and he didn't even fold that. He's pretty tight passive looking so I just look to hit an out and plan to get one more bet in when we hit, and not lose anything else when we brick.

98cc: NH.

AA: Looks good, unless we have a read he's taking these types of lines as bluffs.

A2s: Is this your standard bet sizing in 3bet pots? I feel like we get more fold equity by making 3 medium-sized bets than 2 large bets, but I could be wrong. I think jamming the river gets way more folds from weak overpairs than we get by over-jamming the turn, but again, not positive. Funny that your equity is the same on every street but the river.

99: Do we not like 3betting this for value BvB? As played, I don't bet river as large, since I think he has mostly bluff catchers. When he check jams, I think we HAVE to call, on the off chance he takes this line with any set, but it actually feels a bit thin, I hate to say. Like I don't feel comfortable saying he has any air here ever, and his value range is only going to be sets + I think. We prob get shown 64 and A4 of clubs a lot. And I kind of discount 22, 33, and 55 a bit because I think he's more likely to barrel 3 or x/r an earlier street than x/r the river. That being said, I doubt I'm ever folding since this line is weird in general. So can't really say he doesn't do it with worse sets. (But in all seriousness, see if you can get a mod to change spoilers on it if your edit feature is gone, cause it's impossible to not see some results when I'm replying and stuff.)

AA: I don't really like your flat pre at all. His 3b isn't absurdly high, so his range should be fairly strong, and we're BvB so he should give us less credit when we 4bet. As played pre, I like your postflop line, but I could also be on board with a x/r on the flop. Not sure which I prefer tbh. NH.

QQ: This is standard, no? NH.

JJ: River looks like a fold to me without reads. (Fwiw I managed to not see results on that one before posting.)

Hand 1 - Standard. Next time he'll have JJ :)
Hand 2 - Giving up on river is fine, I might bluff some non thinking weak tight players. The line doesn't really make sense with a marginal hand, so I would expect a lot of hero calls from decent players.
Hand 3 - Cooler.
Hand 4 - Not sure if I would fold here, depends on postflop stats, but I think calling is fine. Not sure how different pokerstars fields are.
Hand 5 - I suppose you can't bet the turn and have much fold equity on the river. You could maybe try x/r'ing so your line looks more like value.. I guess. *shrug* just another cooler.
Hand 6 - Cooler.
Hand 7 - Don't see the reason for shoving the turn. I would just call him down.
Hand 8 - Cooler.
Hand 9 - Probably fold, depends on postflop stats.

If the downswing starts affecting your game, take a break.

Does 25NL Fast mean you're playing Zoom? It seems like you don't have many hands on most of your opponents, and they also seem to be pretty tight preflop.

Hand 3 i think with 89s I think we bet the turn,

Turn doesnt give us that much SDV so i'd just continue with the semi bluff :)

A2s hand fine with squeeze, if you are planning on shoving turn then id bet bigger OTF so its like a PSB and not on OB OTT, not that its relevant there ha

Lol that 99 hand is so ****ing sick, in game i probs call but might be a lol fold, probs 3b'ing pre doe

AA hand, probs 4b small pre although flatting is ok, prefer x/r flop to x/shove turn - lol at showdown

QQ GII pre is obvs standard

JJ - fold river i guess, doesnt spaz with AK if hes checking turn hes not bombing river with air balls :)

JT looks good, especially if you think he will be too bluff heavy here (I do) what would your c/r and c/c and betting range looks like on this board?

QQ i raise turn. would rather try get money in earlier spec given his sizing on turn.

A3cc maybe I'm a huge fish but id rather over limp that raise this hand. doesn't play well v a limp/calling range on many textures. flop looks good, check turn imo

89cc looks great tbh. love river.

AA looks good,

A2ss looks good

99 looks good

AA thoroughly outplayed him, ul

QQ, ul but fine.

JJ fold river imo, unless we have reads he does this with AK specifically

not really gunna post any hands today. played like 1.3k and and down like 3bi in ev. just 2 outers so cant really complain too much cause im GII w massive equity. not going to look at my graph anymore during session either cause i think that might be an issue for me

was really annoyed w the 235fpp satties though. went like 2/20 and just couldnt find a single flip lol

taking a break until friday then im going to try to put a lot of volume in this weekend :) gunna try to finish janda tomorrow as well

Session Length: 4.5k hands
Profit: +14BI

Warm-up: Yes
Session Focus:
1). Widen BTN open and SB open - 45% and 56% :)
2). Adjust 3bet range vs villains RFI - Yes
3). SQZ less and dont spew as much in SQZ spots

Mental Game: B-Game
- Could almost chalk this up as an A-Game but didnt have a lot to tilt me except the first 100 hands where i got KK in v AA
- was thinking about this a lot though during my two days off and I think im just over it lol
- Didnt refresh graph or cashier while playing
- when i got tired i took a 5 min break

Tactical Game: A-Game
- Just really happy w how I played
- Made some folds that I usually call
- vs fish I took standard lines - sometimes I dont and their like 25% equity w overcards catches up
- was making some equity calcs while playing

86s - Just looking at it and I think it might be a fold. I need ~34% equity to call but Im pretty sure when he shoves that its a set a lot of the time.

even vs a questionable range Im still crushed.

(Equity, Win, Tie)
Player 1: 31.37% 30.15% 2.440% [8d6d]
Player 2: 68.63% 67.41% 2.440% {QQ+, 88-77, 33, Ad2d+, Jd9d+, Td9d, 87s}

I think actually raising the flop might be bad now.

AK looks good.
86dd can't see us not having enough equity to call off (if we don't we shouldn't be raising flop)
AK i can't expect KQ to bet river, and its hard to get there with bluffs. so fold looks good. calling a smaller bet.
KJ is really odd. TT KQ AK AJ are all there. really rough spot to bluff tho so fold looks ok
JT betting turn v fish.
A3dd looks good
A3o i like betting smaller with our range. i guess i prefer betting over c/f or c/c so i guess this is a good hand to bluff with.
JQ looks good spec when they only really have 44/JTs/KQ that we are worried about.

Showing stars for intimidation obviously

oh ya cause everyones scared of a goldstar! no i just keep them on for only me to see. 1.9k vpps away from platinum though.

Session Length: 3.8k hands
Profit: +2BI

Warm-up: Yes - watched some HR vids
Session Focus:
1). Widen BTN open and SB open - 45% and 56%
2). SQZ less and dont spew as much in SQZ spots

Mental Game: B-Game
- was down like 3BI at one point (only checked during breaks ;) ) and didnt really let it bother me
- Im pretty sick right now so wasnt totally focused so i just set a timer to remind myself to shutdown if im autopiloting

Tactical Game: B-Game
- I got snapped off trying to bluff a nit off top pair which wasnt very smart
- really focusing on determining equity vs ranges lately and think its helping
- made a couple other nice bluffs

Goal for the rest of the month: 50K hands so 5k hands a day.

Hand Review

Not sure what else to do here. Maybe just call? i dont think i have much FE.

I would love to have that kind of graph :) this inspired me to put in some systematic work into my game too.

Out of curiosity - what kind of BR do you have if it is not a secret? I am considering playing Zoom after I move to PS for real and I am kind of afraid of massive swings.

Like, I am now on -12 BI swing in normal games (although I played well in those sessions, just shit happened repeatedly) and in Zoom hands come more rapidly so I imagine swings can be nasty. Not with your win rate but with mine for sure :D

Its like 1.7K but i also havent used my FPPs in a couple months.

I moved to 25NL at 625 but then had to make the transition to Zoom which I found difficult. I was going to shot take 50NL w 30BI roll but I want to be a proven 3BB/100 winner at 25NL first.
