Fun fact: Phil Galfond saying there are "very few hands" that aren't a straight flush is an indirect way of saying the fold was retarded, since even if there was just one other combination he could have that wasn't a straight flush it would be a call due to pot odds. The fact there could be more than one (hence, plural) makes it even worse.

This.
I also think the tell is negated seeing as full houses get just as excited on this turn. Having the flush hit and having the board pair is the best thing that can happen to your set bar quads.

Also expecting the straight flush draw to raise the flop. Heck I think the less likely hands such as 77/KK are more likely than than a straight flush.

Oh and the 2+2 morons saying "villain didn't show his hand the fold was good" are braindead.

*I'm a ****** when it comes to tilting people but I wouldn't have the heart to show my fullhouse here.
*Villain having T9s this once wouldn't make the fold correct as it doesn't disprove villain would have took the same actions in the same manner with weaker hands.

Ice is usually on twitter, think fp blogs a fair bit havent heard form chris for ages or sind!

Chris was amazing, played with minimal bankroll (was playing 1knl with like 10 buy ins) ran it up to like $40k then went on mega tilt, rinse and repeat!

Solid fyp, I actually wouldn't be surprised if all those were true

Haha yeah, I remember being here a couple of months and him doing a 1knl vid and just being in awe. Then that '20BI is not enough thread', with the brutal graph...

Ahhh nostalgia

1. Im super believable
2. I was right and he was full of it.

The reason for calling flop was a float any sign of weakness like the check im betting if he bets im shoving. He may have a big pair here or even a set. Most of the day i have been thinking they squeeze like maniacs..

mate, playing like that is setting money on fire. Why did you call the 3bet to begin with? thats instantly losing money.

I agree acky this particular player was 3betting almost every orbit from the BB. I guess i figured ok he is playing stupid and trying to kill money in the pot or he has a hand. Its nuts how often these guys 3bet from the bb. I really felt like i was ahead pre. I will never know but its sick how often they 3bet I have seen them 3bet with 45 in the bb

I should also add that alot of the time facing a 3bet I do fold most small pp and even ak at times. I folded AK today to a 4bet to find out the sicko 4bet with kj0ff

calling 3bets with hands like 44 is worse the more they 3bet, if he is 3betting 57o, and all sorts of junk, then he's gonna win more often than you because you're gonna make bigger mistakes guessing whether he has a hand or not. You invested almost all your stack in that hand above purely because he cant always have a hand. Far too much risk for the reward, when you can just fold 3 bb's and wait until you have a good hand to take the guys money.
