FU2, I'm on holiday now for the next 2 weeks. I'll keep an eye on the place with my phone, but no playing poker allowed! :(

Just started teaching myself spanish, gonna try and see if i can teach myself to be somewhat competent within 3 months, obviously not pro, but like... better than your average drunken brit who can only say can i have a beer. There is plenty of motivation for this also. gl me.

Spanish is a super cool language, did it for GCSEs and as part of my first year at uni. I really enjoyed it til it got hard, but I think the basics are relatively simple so I'm sure you'll get comfortably further than 'Una cerveza por favor' in three months

Been trying the whole don't look at the cashier thing this month. Now I'm getting to the end of the month I'm starting to brick one as I'm fairly sure I'll be negative after today.

My 100NL winrate after this month is going to be so low it's a joke. Probably time I joined a training site rather than spending time I should be bettering my game acting like I'm the bees knees in uSNL threads. Been stuck at 100NL for over two years now. Pillaging the bankroll for uni/FTP robbing me/Playing part-time/Not wanting to move up as my winrate is microscopic... the excuses go on :p

On the bright side being tilted has gave me the oppurtunity to start on my Humble Bundle games and Breaking Bad. Both are great.

June has been a pretty shitty month for me cash game wise. Made < 1/5th of what I made last month over 3 times as many hands.

I thought Zoom/Rush/whatever was always meant to be tougher because it attracted more regs

Ye and even if this weren't the case the lack of table selection would certainly have an impact. I was going to spend 15days this month on party then 15days on zoom then use my database to see what the average vpips are before deciding on which site to stay at.

Cba playing 6max zoom now I have FR though. (Party 100NL FR tables are few and far between).

also IDK about zoom, ive not seen any samples of winrates but everyone got a boner over citizenwinds graph winning at something like 2.6bb/100 saying that was "crushing" RUSH poker. 2.6bb/100 is a pretty small winrate for normal tables, if you 8/10 table FR on stars 6bb/100 should be about right

zoom you lose like 60% vpp/hand aswell fwiw.

Why's that?

I've played a bit of 10nl FR zoom recently, it's quite fun but I'm not winning much lol

the rake method is weighted contributed, i guess either pots are smaller or less flops are seen as people usually want stronger ranges to see a flop? guess though tbh

its about 60% of what normals are fwiw

ZOOM

50nl = 0.12 vpps/hand

100nl = 0.22 vpps/hand

Normals

50nl = 0.1699 vpps/hand

100nl = 0.2901 vpps/hand

That's a significant difference!

I'm actually trying out FR instead of 6max right now to see if it's any more profitable. Playing normal not zoom though cos on Mac I can't get an HUD for zoom. 10nl 10 tabling at first. Let's see.
